The Kingfish Company announced earlier this week that the town of Jonesport, Maine, has approved Kingfish Maine’s building permit application.
With the Kingfish Maine project fully permitted by state and federal regulatory agencies, this local building permit was the final step required for the company to begin pre-construction on its new facility in the United States.
"We are pretty happy. It took us more than three years to get all required permits," founder and CEO of The Kingfish Company Ohad Maiman told IntraFish.
