Investment group Broodstock Capital announced Monday it acquired Daish RAS equipment producer Billund Aquaculture for an undisclosed sum.
Billund, with sales of around DKK 180 million annually, is one of the largest supplier of land-based aquaculture systems, with over 120 systems delivered in 26 different countries over the past 30 years.
Stensgaard Holding will retain 49 percent of the company, and Bjarne Hald Olsen will remain as CEO. Christian Sorensen will continue as chairman.
