An Illinois fish farm filed a lawsuit against Purina Animal Nutrition and a third party manufacturer claiming loss of income due to fish death, reports Feed Navigator.
Vealth Fish Farm alleged fish feed products manufactured for Purina Animal Nutrition by Texas Farm Products Company were marketed as safe for use with largemouth bass but, instead, led to large-scale fish death.
