Norwegian salmon producer Grieg Seafoods harvested approximately 17,800 metric tons in the second quarter, which is higher than it its previously projection of 15,400 metric tons.

The numbers exclude volumes harvested from the company’s Shetland operations, which are currently in the process of being sold to Scottish Sea Farms.

In both Rogaland and Finnmark, Grieg Seafood harvested more than it had previously guided in the second quarter.
