Einar Wathne, recently resigned head of Cargill Aqua Nutrition (formerly Ewos) is to join the board of Faroese salmon producer Bakkafrost.
Bakkafrost proposes that Runi M. Hansen be re-elected as chairman and that both Øystein Sandvik and Annika Fredriksberg, both of whom are up for election, remain.
If the nomination committee's proposal is accepted, the board of Bakkafrost will be as follows:
