Ecuadorian shrimp exports to China climbed sharply for a third consecutive month in
November, according to latest published figures, but news of a new coronavirus variant has left industry leaders wary after a turbulent year.
Exports rose 27 percent month over month to 94.8 million pounds but shipments were 6 percent lower than the 100.9 million pounds exported to China in November last year.
