Norwegian tycoon, former owner of salmon farmer NTS, and founder of wellboat and aquaculture services company Froy, Helge Gaso, announced Monday he is selling his shareholding in the company after Goldman Sachs acquired a majority stake in June.

His investment vehicle, Froy Kapital, is also exiting the company.

"Froy Kapital and Helge Gaso do not want to sit in the back seat, and are selling their shares in Froy," according to a company statement.
