A boatload of 38 salmon workers in southern Chile docked in Punta Arenas over the weekend after 21 of them tested positive for COVID-19, according to the regional Chilean health authorities in Magallanes.

In its daily report on Friday, the Regional Ministry of Health of Magallanes said a group of workers from salmon farming centers located in the province of Magallanes tested positive for COVID-19. The workers will be referred to health facilities where they to undergo PCR tests.

The specific salmon company that employed the workers was not named.
