Chilean salmon farmer Salmones Camanchaca has raised an additional $23 million in fresh capital through a rights issue, it announced on Thursday.
Previously, on Nov.23, the company said it would offer up to 8.5 million new shares at a price of CLP 2,350 (€2.70/$2.40) per share in a rights issue.
The company received subscriptions for a total of almost 8.2 million new shares, raising CLP 19,255 million (€20 million/$23 million) of gross proceeds.
