Benchmark Genetics has appointed Oyvind Brevik as its new fish health manager for salmon.
Brevik will be responsible for fish health and welfare in all the global production units connected with the Benchmark Genetics breeding programs for Atlantic salmon.
Before joining Benchmark, Brevik held the role of senior researcher in the global research and development (R&D) fish health team at salmon giant Cermaq for more than 10 years.
