Cadoret caters 'for every taste'

KNOW-HOW from five generations of shellfish farmers has culminated in the expertise of Brittany-based company Jacques Cadoret, producer of a range of eight differently reared oysters - including the flat oyster (Ostrea edulis) matured in the river Belon, and the easy-opening Pacific oyster known as 'L'ecail', writes BERNADETTE TOURNAY .
