Hawaii-based Hilo Fish has appointed Bill Stride as its new director of business development.
The industry veteran has decades of experience in the the seafood industry.
He joins the company after spending nine months as vice president of processing, supply chain and logistics at Blue Ocean Mariculture in Hawaii, which produces farmed kanpachi (seriola rivoliana). He left the company a year ago.
Prior to his time there, Stride was CEO at importer and processor North Atlantic for more than six years.
