The new managing director of BioMar Australia, David Whyte, told IntraFish the Danish feed supplier intends to take the lead in pushing the aquaculture sector forward in the Oceania region with a focus on high-quality domestic production.
“After spending several years importing feed into this market, BioMar have decided that now is the time to commit to the future of the market with local supply,” Whyte told IntraFish. “Our Tasmanian customers will benefit from a much newer organization of providing feed."
