Australian company Ridley unveiled a new aquaculture feed facility, a $50 million (€44.8 million) investment, at Westbury, Tasmania, reported The Examiner.

The facility will produce roughly 50,000 metric tons of feed pellets for producers in Tasmania, mainland Australia and New Zealand once fully operational. The project received state funding worth $2 million (€1.8 million) and is expected to increase the state economy by $21 million (€18.8 million) annually.
