Atlantic Sapphire moved the first two commercial batches of salmon from its hatchery to feeding tanks at its Miami site on Monday, two months after stocking the first live eggs imported from Iceland and Norway.

“Another milestone for our Miami Bluehouse,” said Johan Andreassen, CEO of Atlantic Sapphire.

“This happened after tremendous effort from our entire team and partners. These fish are swimming in crystal clear purified water from the Biscayne Aquifer.”
