Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) equipment supplier AquaMaof has secured more than $230 million (€204.5 million) in deals around the world for its land-based aquaculture technology.

The company landed a $70 million (€62.2million) deal with Grieg Newfoundland in 2016 to build the world’s largest salmon smolt RAS facility.

Among other projects, AquaMaof is currently building a grow-out Atlantic salmon facility in Poland, has three projects in Russia, including a grow-out trout farm, a $28 million (€24.9 million) Atlantic salmon facility and another salmon plant.
