Industry veteran Einar Wathne has been elected to the advisory board of Netherlands-based insect ingredient group Protix.
Wathne was previously CEO of feed manufacturer Ewos and president of Cargill Aqua Nutrition after the US feed giant bought the company in 2015.
More recently, he has worked in the aquaculture industry as a consultant and has also taken on professional board positions for several companies.
He also sits on the boards of land-based salmon farmer Viking Aqua, salmon farmer Bakkafrost, Blue Lice, and C-feed.
