There are now six traditional Japanese restaurants in Yokohama serving Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC)-certified fish, all under the Kijima Group which focuses on sushi and sahimi.
The company is the first to achieve Chain of Custody (CoC) certification in the country.
Kijima Group partnered with supplier and seafood consultancy andBlue to attain the certification.
