Aquaculture health and genetics company Benchmark completed the dissolution of its joint venture in Chile with salmon farmer AquaChile exactly a year after both companies announced their partnership.
On May 29, the companies said they were ending the JV, following the acquisition of AquaChile by Chilean giant Agrosuper.
The acquisition has resulted in further restructuring of AquaChile, including the dissolution of its 120,000-metric-ton feed joint venture with BioMar, which was finalized last week.
As part of the latest dissolution, Benchmark will receive back its $16.25
