Just months after seabass and seabream company Andromeda finalized a major merger, the group is now tackling the challenges brought about by coronavirus in its key Greek, Italian and Spanish markets.

Andromeda acquired majority stakes in two Greek seabass and seabream movers, Nireus and Selonda, in October, providing the company with a dominant position in the European bass and bream market.

"Our primary objective [is to] leverage the combined strength of our three companies to become a more attractive partner to our customers and more competitive internationally," Andromeda Group CEO Alex Myers told IntraFish.
