‘The only thing that can save the planet’: Hima Seafood’s bold bet on land-based trout farming

For CEO Sten Falkum, Hima Seafood’s NOK 3 billion (€255 million/$276 million) Rjukan project is more than a fish farm — it’s a proof of concept for what he calls “regenerative” aquaculture, where fish, water, and waste all serve a larger environmental purpose.
