In a few short decades, salmon rose to one of America's most beloved seafoods. The fish hits all the trends popular with today’s consumers – great taste, versatile, healthy, sustainable – and is popular with both men and women and across all demographic groups.

One might assume there are numerous brands in the market competing for customers. That assumption, however, is incorrect. No salmon brand has yet risen to national prominence.
