Hello folks -- Inflation has hit seafood in a big, big way.
Feather that hair and put on that white sport coat: Last week, farmed salmon prices traded in Norway hit near-record levels not seen since the modern-day industry began in the 1980s.
It's a sign that one analyst's projection that salmon prices could hit their highest levels since 2016 is not that absurd. The question, of course, becomes when consumers will push back.
