The future of US seafood supplier Blue Star Foods is in "substantial doubt" after the loss of key US Foods private label business and continuing business struggles.
Blue Star CEO and President Carlos Faria is no longer with the company, a unanimous decision by the board, according to an August filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
