WWF blasts GlobalGAP, GAA aquaculture standards

World Wildlife Fund (WWF), which is developing a set of third-party aquaculture certification standards, said Thursday shrimp farming standards proposed by retail group GlobalGAP and the Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA) lack transparency and independence.
