Illinois-based seafood distributor Fortune Fish & Gourmet is finalizing details on a new 50,000-square-foot facility it plans to move into in the first quarter of this year.
Mark Palicki, president of Fortune Fish & Gourmet, told IntraFish the Minneapolis, Minnesota-based facility is nearly eight times the size of the company’s Minnesota-based Coastal facility, where it currently operates.
The company acquired Coastal two years ago to expand its reach in the Midwest.
