Salmon processing equipment manufacturer Uni-Food Technic was sold to new owner and CEO Kurt Bech Christensen by its founder Bjarne Jensen.
The Danish equipment supplier exports 95 percent of its machinery to salmon farmers around the world, although its main markets are Norway and Chile.
All machinery and processing lines are constructed, built and tested in Storvorde, Denmark, and later installed at the customers facilities.
Jensen will continue to work for Uni-Food Technic as key account director focusing on customer sales and projects.
