Halal products recently became a part of Nissui Thailand’s product range, giving it access to growing Japanese communities and “cultures” in huge populations such as Indonesia and Malaysia.

Sushi is a booming trend in southeast Asia, and the group’s halal salmon roe and flakes give it access to a host of foodservice and sushi operations in this part of the world.

Southern Thailand has, since 2005, provided a happy home for the Japanese conglomerate’s salmon trout processing factory.
