New Zealand King Salmon has expanded its team of executives to help push its Regal brand fresh king salmon into the US retail market.

On Tuesday the company announced it hired Constance Wolfe as its director of retail sales for North America, a new position.

Wolfe previously served as the eastern regional sales manager for Oregon-based alternative coffee creamer company Laird Superfood. She also previously worked for Oregon-based dairy-free ice cream brand Coconut Bliss as its national strategic sales manager.

Prior to that, Wolfe served as the vice president of sales and marketing for plant-based US company Hilary's Eat Well.

In January the company started selling fresh king salmon fillets to the United States as part of a contract with Fresh Thyme Market grocery stores across 10 midwestern US states. It also sells the brand on Amazon.
