The all-new Kverva-backed oceans-focused fund Fynd Oceans Ventures hired former Carnegie Bank Corporate Finance leader Caroline Folkeson Jensen as its new CFO and general partner, effective January.
Jensen has over a decade of experience in corporate finance and investments and has previously working with a leading family office.
Fynd Ocean Ventures was set up by 36-year-old Maren Hjorth Bauer, who formerly managed and owned Katapult Ocean, which invests in startup companies using sustainable marine technology.
Former Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Managing Director and Partner Sverre Martinsen is also a co-founder and general partner in Fynd Ocean Ventures.
