As relates to the US, your article is hard to refute.

What gives me hope is when you identify culture being a powerful force, as it is culture than needs to change.

Culture comes from Latin cultus, which means care. Our challenge is to get disparate parties to care, and do something about it.

How do we translate caring about increased seafood consumption into action? Where’s the leadership for this to happen? You have convening power—who would you convene to change the culture?
