The merger between Princes Tuna (Mauritius) and Thon des Mascareignes (TdM), was the result of 18 months of "hard work," according to Nicolas Maigrot, CEO of Ireland Blyth Limited (IBL).
IBL is the owner of Thon des Mascareignes (TdM), and expects the deal to significantly reduce the group's debt.
“This allows us to significantly reduce our debt while remaining very involved in the sector of the production of seafood,” he said in the company’s latest newsletter.
