Oishii Foods, an Ireland-based Japanese food specialist, is now supplying retail giant Tesco Ireland with three ready-to-eat sushi products, available in 70 of its stores nationwide.
The company formerly supplied the retail giant for 10 years prior to 2018, when Tesco made the decision to strengthen its purchasing power in the United Kingdom.
"It's a bit of Brexit win and there's not many of them," CEO Ciara Troy told IntraFish.
