Novish, a Netherlands-based maker of vegan, plant-based seafood alternatives, has secured investment worth more than €1 million ($1.2 million), the company’s CEO Maiko van der Meer told IntraFish.
Kharis Capital, whose portfolio company QSR Platform, operates 1,000 restaurants under the Burger King, Quick and O’Tacos brands, made the investment as part of an agreement to supply QSR Platform companies, including German seafood specialist restaurant chain Nordsee.
