Beleaguered Alaska processor Golden Harvest Alaska Seafood will pay Denmark-based shipping company Maersk around $739,428 (€604,684) over a breach of contract related to shipping services.

A US district court in Washing state signed off on the order in October, according to court documents.

Maersk transported cargo for Golden Harvest Alaska Seafood in 2019 "in the foreign commerce of the United States in the scope and of Defendant's operations," according to the court documents.
