Owen Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Belgian holding company Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBLB), acquired an additional 774 shares in Mowi on Thursday.
The transaction increased Owen Capital's stake in Mowi to 5 percent or 25,855,556 shares.
GBLB -- listed on Euronext Brussels -- is a leading European investment company backed by a family shareholder base.
