Nomad Foods, parent of Birds Eye, Iglo and Findus frozen food businesses, reported a 13 percent increase in adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) to €109 million ($129 million), as retail demand remained strong amid the COVID -19 pandemic.

Nomad's revenues were up 6.7 percent year-on-year to €576 million ($681 million), thanks to increased in-home consumption of frozen foods as its foodservice and private label business declined.
