Joyvio Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chinese conglomerate Legend Holdings is injecting CNY 416 million (€53 million/$62 million) into its subsidiary Agri-Joyvio, which in turn owns Chilean salmon farmer Australis.

The group purchased a total of 40.2 million additional shares in the subsidiary, upping its stake from 30 percent to 46.1 percent, according to a recent stock exchange announcement.

Alongside Australis Seafoods, Agri-Joyvio also owns Chinese pollock producer China Starfish.
