The owners of Chinese land-based shrimp "megafarm," Sino Agro Food (SIAF) are being accused of a whole raft of wrongful and illegal conduct, gross mismanagement, and lying to shareholders in a court case that has been rumbling on for more than a year.
SIAF founder and CEO Lee Yip Kun -- who is also known as Solomon Lee -- and other directors in the firm face a barrage of accusations in a lawsuit filed last year by US-based investment fund Heng Ren Silk Road Investments and Heng Ren Investments LP.
