Peter Skou, deputy board member in land-based salmon company Atlantic Sapphire, has sold 180,000 shares in the company at an average price per share of NOK 120 ($12.94/€11.30).
The sale was made through Okpas Invest, a company controlled by Skou, to pay taxes on unrealized capital gains, as required by Danish tax rules, says a notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
