Family-owned Norwegian salmon supplier Kvaroy Arctic is expanding beyond the fresh case by partnering with Chicago-based Fortune Fish in a new skin-pack line.
The company is launching four- and eight-ounce skin-pack frozen lines in the United States in July packaged by Fortune Fish.
