Land-based salmon farming company Atlantic Sapphire announced a series of management and board changes in preparation for its upcoming listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
The company, which currently trades on Oslo's Merkur Market, said Tuesday it would convert the company into a public limited liability company, change the composition of its board of directors and amend other aspects of the group's structure.
