Kampachi Worldwide Holdings, owner of the groundbreaking Baja Californian offshore venture The Kampachi Company, is suing Hawaii-based competitor Blue Ocean Mariculture over "misappropriating trade secrets, disloyalty, unfair competition."
Last week Kampachi Worldwide Holdings filed a lawsuit in a US District Court of Hawaii asking Blue Ocean to hand over the rights to the domain, Kingkampachi.com.
The issue began in the summer of 2018, when Kampachi Worldwide "engaged in a secret market study aimed at generating a viable brand name, trade name and/or trademark for its production and sale" of its product, the claim reads.
