Frozen foods giant Bird's Eye is shuffling top roles in its United Kingdom and Irish operations by moving Managing Director Wayne Hudson into a larger role within parent company Nomad Foods.

Hudson will run Nomad's Findus and Bird's Eye operations in the Nordic region, while current Bird's Eye Marketing Director in the United Kingdom, Steve Challouma, will step up as general manager of the business's UK operations.

Challouma will also be responsible of Goodfella's and Aunt Bessie's in addition to the Bird's Eye label, reporting to Hudson.

The changes will be implemented in January 2020.
