Parlevliet & Van der Plas (PP) bought a majority stake in Dutch fish processor Dadas Groep, stepping into flat fishing such as plaice and sole, reports FD.nl
Dadas Groep has fishing boats and focuses on cutter fishing, operating its own processing and freezing business in Urk.
Although the acquisition of the majority stake was announced Thursday, P&P did not disclose the price of the transaction.
