Grimsby, UK-based Young’s Seafood will launch its products in thousands of US retail outlets this weekend, a big start for its expansion in the country and the beginning of an ambitious plan to enter into European and Chinese markets as well.

With a turnover of around £540 million (€605.5 million/$731.6 million), the 200-year-old British-based seafood specialist operates in every sector in the United Kingdom in the frozen, chilled and fresh markets with both branded and private label products. It also has a successful foodservice business in the United Kingdom.
