Shares in land-based salmon producers have seen mixed fortunes over the first 11 months and two weeks of 2022, with around $265 million (€256 million) wiped off total company values across the sector.

Four of the seven leading land-based firms saw sharp falls in share prices over the period, with two of the remaining three seeing only moderate rises.
