He doubled Target's seafood business, and now he is moving on

Alex Corbishley has left his position as director of meat and seafood at US retailer Target.

The executive was with the retailer for almost seven years, during which time the company's seafood business "more than doubled" said Corbishley in a LinkedIn post.

"Together with a great team we were able to completely reconfigure our meat and seafood vendor base and supply chain," he said of his work across the category.
