A fire at Atlantic Sapphire's Hvide Sande site continued to smolder on Monday, hindering police from beginning an investigation of what caused the blaze, Danish news site Ringkøbing-Skjern Dagbladet reports.
Fire crews had to put out a minor flare-up of the fire on Monday, after the initial blaze broke out Sept. 15.
"The police investigators have not yet been able to carry out investigations as it is still too dangerous to enter the area," Police Commissioner, Knud Lauridsen, told the Danish news site.
