The board of Australian salmon farmer Huon Aquaculture issued a statement Monday indicating its continued support of a takeover by Brazilian protein giant JBS Group, despite apparent opposition from shareholder Tattarang and interest from Canadian salmon heavyweight Cooke Aquaculture.
